United States Shipping

VerifiedByGav currently ships only to addresses within the United States. Free Standard Shipping is available for this product and is shown at checkout.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. The current estimated delivery window is approximately 10–18 business days from the order date. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weekends, holidays, peak periods, severe weather, carrier interruptions, customs processing, and address problems can cause delays.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed when it becomes available. A tracking number can take up to 48 hours to begin showing carrier movement after it is created.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Email verifiedbygav@gmail.com immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins and are not responsible for a delivery failure caused by an address entered incorrectly by the customer, except where required by law.

Delayed, Lost, or Delivered-but-Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier first, then contact us within 7 days. If a package appears lost or unusually delayed in transit, contact us so we can open a carrier or fulfillment investigation.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. We can only guarantee a cancellation before fulfillment begins. After processing or shipment starts, a change or cancellation might not be possible. For additional information, review our Return and Refund Policy.
